How can I create an account and what advantages does it have?

You can make a purchase as a registered customer or as a guest. 

Registering as a customer is very simple, we will only ask you for the essential information to speed up the purchase process. 

You can create your account HERE or by clicking on “Sign in” in the upper right corner and “Create account”. You can also do it during express checkout, before finalizing your purchase. 

The advantages of having an account are many! You will be able to access your personalized customer space to follow the preparation and shipping of your orders, download your invoices or save and modify your personal data.

Where can I track my orders?

You can check the history of your orders in your account. 

You can see the status of your order in the “Order preparation status” section.

I have forgotten my password, how can I recover it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it HERE.

You will also see the link “Forgot your password?” when you go to log in to your account.

Add your account email and you will receive a message with the steps to follow. It's very simple!

How can I change my postal address?

You can modify your postal address whenever you want from your account in “View addresses” and clicking “Edit”. 

Remember that if an order has already left our warehouse and you want to change the address you must contact us shop@thinkingmu.com.  

How can I receive the newsletter?

You can register for our newsletter through the form you will find at the bottom of our page. You can also activate the subscription during express payment, before completing your purchase. 

You will receive an email to confirm your subscription and that's it!
