His artistic universe has always been highly influenced by nature and mythology, full of hybrid characters that merge human parts with other animal and vegetable parts. Their “meta morphs” inhabit a hypothetical world where anything is possible.
All of Amy's works are made by hand, although that takes longer. In his collages he uses old books and prints that he finds in second-hand bookstores.
